Our role

Our core purpose is to work with businesses in the primary industries to grow the capability of their people. 

We do this through applied learning. Training and assessment is designed to take place in the workplace which enables employees to learn-on-the-job, while gaining real-world industry experience. 

Our learning zone is vocational skills from level 2 which are foundation practical skills through to management skills at levels 5 and 6.

We help businesses and their staff to choose a programme that is fit-for-purpose, and equips them with the right skills, knowledge and experience. We then work with trainees and external training providers to complete the qualification. We also help with the assessment and ensure all the evidence and learning modules in our resources are completed.

This is how we are growing the workforce. More people with higher skills and capabilities enables them to become more productive, and have more fulfilling and rewarding work lives.
