Landscaping - Level 2
This course provides the basic fundamentals in a range of essential tasks in preparing a site for landscaping. It’s a practical, hands-on first step to learn how to safely and creatively construct stunning outdoor spaces.

Landscaping - Level 3
Your employee learn the theory behind timber, concrete and drainage. They’ll be able to identify a range of plants for use in landscaping and assist with site set up and construct basic concrete and timber features. Graduates of this qualification will be able to identify and sow/ lay turf and landscape work. They’ll to be operate and maintain power tools and small machinery. This course can be completed as the first year of a NZ Apprenticeship.

Landscaping - Level 4
With a Level 4 NZ Certificate, your employees will be able to lay out a landscape site from drawing, construct timber and concrete features, lay brick and block and build retaining structures. They’ll be able to step up and lead a team, contributing to site specific health and safety compliance requirements and be able to carry out most landscape construction tasks.
This course can be completed as the second half of an apprenticeship.

Landscaping - Apprenticeship
With our landscaping apprenticeship, your employee will gain the skills to set out a landscaping site from drawings, lay a range of hard surfaces in landscape work, and construct timber and concrete features, starting with the fundamentals. By the end of the apprenticeship they will be able to supervise junior staff and lead a team.
At the end of the apprenticeship they will have earned both NZC Level 3 and Level 4.

Train the trainer (short course)
This one-day interactive workshop will give your managers the skills needed to grow an effective, safe team they can rely on. They’ll learn how to motivate, train and assess team members to ensure they perform to a consistently high standard.
You must be in a role where you supervise or manage staff.

Introduction to Team Leadership – Level 3
Effective businesses are built on strong teams. With this course your employees will learn the essential fundamentals of team leadership, from inspiring team performance to understanding leadership styles.
You must be working as a part of or leading a team.

Comprehensive First Aid
This course covers all of the essentials and more. It is the minimum requirement for high risk workplaces, and it meets the Department of Labour First Aid for Workplaces standard.

The time commitment for this course is 12 hours over two days. You can choose to do the whole course in a face to face environment or mix it up with online learning. Opting for the mixed delivery gives you the choice and flexibility to complete your training when and where you choose.

First Aid Revalidation
This 1-day course will revalidate your employees’ first aid skills, keeping their knowledge up to date and relevant.
This revalidation course is for those who have previously completed Comprehensive First Aid training, and whose two year certificate is due for renewal or has expired for no more than 3 months.
