Grow your business
The quickest, smartest way to grow your business is to build the capabilities of your people. Well-skilled, knowledgeable staff achieve more, give more and stay longer.
Capable, confident, well-trained people are your greatest competitive edge - especially when competition’s fierce, technology’s changing the game and market opportunities are growing.

They’ll lead you to higher productivity, sustainable growth and gear you up for a fast-changing future. We’re part of the primary sector and our programmes are specifically designed for each industry to get the best from their staff.
When your people grow, your business grows.
Here's how our training works
We'll help you to choose a programme that is fit-for-purpose, and equips your employees with the right skills, knowledge and experience. We then work with trainees and external training providers to complete the qualification. We also help with the assessment and ensure all the evidence and learning modules in our resources are completed.
Staff train on the job
Training and assessment happens in the workplace so employees can learn on the job with real world, industry experience. About 70% of all learning takes place at work through experiential learning. The rest is made up of coursework, training, coaching, mentoring and peer networks.
Learning can be applied straight away
We use a proven, three-step process: Learn, Apply and Review. Staff learn through coaches and mentors, apply it on the job with feedback and self-assessment, then undergo a review through formal assessment.
We provide ongoing support
We help businesses and their staff choose programmes that equip them with the right skills, knowledge and experience. We then work with trainees and external training providers to complete the qualification. We also help with assessment and ensure all the evidence and learning modules in our resources are completed.
Your role
Your commitment is around investing time to support your staff and allowing them to attend off job training courses. To get the best from the training you’ll need to provide staff with opportunities to learn, grow, and practice their skills.
As part of our assessment process either you, or an internal representative, will also need to verify your employees’ abilities, confirming they’ve transferred their learning into practice. This usually involves questioning and observing them performing specific activities then determining if they meet the competency requirements of their training programme. Your support and input is critical to their success.
