Executive team

Andrea brings over 30 years’ experience in vocational education to her role, having tutored and led teams in Private Training Establishments, Polytechnics and Industry Training Organisations. Andrea joined Primary ITO in 2017.

Leigh-Anne leads our delivery teams in agriculture, horticulture, food processing and primary services as well as our marketing, communications and Māori engagement functions.

Cathy Puanaki leads Primary ITO’s Business Services team which includes Finance, People Capability, Digital, Business Operations and Performance.

Ginny has been in education for over 20 years, starting as a primary school teacher before moving into vocational education where she has tutored, and managed and led teams in both polytechnics and industry training organisations.
