Summary

This new foundational micro-credential is suitable for entry-level employees across the food processing sectors and provides the learners with the skills and knowledge to apply quality assurance, environmental, safety, and hygiene and food safety practices within a food processing team.

This includes identifying and complying with workplace policies and procedures including:

  • Quality Assurance Requirements
  • Sustainable Environmental Practices
  • Personal Hygiene
  • Food Safety Practices
  • Safe Work Practices
  • Effective Teamwork.
