This programme provides the aquaculture sector with people who are able to work as experienced operators within the industry.

Topics covered include:

Year One

  • Comply with workplace safety and environmental requirements while effectively communicating and interacting with a team.
  • Carry out routine stock management and monitoring.

Year Two

All strands:

  • Implement and monitor staff work routines and legislative compliance.
  • Implement and monitor stock management procedures.

Aquaculture Diving strand:

  • Prepare, implement, and review diving activities in an aquaculture diving operation.
