Job overview 

Looking after sports turfs involves much more than mowing. Our programme will give you all the skills you need, from sowing, irrigation, fertilising, and construction, to preparing surfaces for play.

A sports turf role is an excellent opportunity to for varied and rewarding work. You’ll work and train with an existing team of skilled people that will give you lots of development opportunities.

Skills and experience 

  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Dedication to quality and willingness to learn
  • Skills with tools and machinery will be an advantage
  • Full driver’s licence
  • Able and eligible to work in New Zealand
  • Growsafe certificate desirable
